This month, I shall be making my Easy Chicken Fajitas, and I hope you be part of me!

After you make your model of my Hen Fajitas (keep in mind, any variation is ok!), ship an image of your creation to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com.

1. Make the recipe of the month (or a variation of it!).
2. Snap a photograph of your creation.
3. E mail pictures to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com by the final day of the month at 11:59 PM PST for an opportunity to win a $100 Amazon present card.
